Emergency & Trauma Centre at Jaipur Vatika Hospital
Emergencies in the medical field are not scheduled. The Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway experiences hundreds of road accidents every year, and thousands of families in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Bagru and Ajmer Road deal with sudden cardiac arrests, strokes, industrial accidents and acute medical emergencies. Jaipur Vatika Hospital provides a 24/7 Emergency and Trauma Centre designed to manage all emergency situations.
Our Emergency & Trauma Centre follows the Golden Hour philosophy — the first 60 minutes following traumatic injury or cardiac arrest, where prompt medical treatment offers the best chance of saving life and preventing disability. Every stage of our emergency response including ambulance dispatch, trauma bay activation and ICU transfer is optimized to protect this critical hour.
Located at Thikariya on NH-48 (Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway), Jaipur Vatika Hospital is strategically positioned to serve Bagru, Vatika Infotech City, Dudu and highway commuters on one of Rajasthan’s most accident-prone roads.
Emergency Medical Team & Capability
We have a full-time Emergency & Trauma Centre with trained Emergency Physicians, a special trauma nursing team and instant access to specialists in the fields of Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics and Obstetrics. Our guidelines have the senior physician physically present in the Emergency Department overnight, as compared to other facilities, where the person in charge is the junior resident who makes decisions independently.
The trauma bay has the facilities to stabilize several patients at the same time. Our team has been trained on Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) guidelines - the global guideline of trauma care during the first hour of crisis. Once a trauma patient arrives, the team mobilizes within 60 seconds: airways, hemorrhage, spinal stabilization, and hemodynamic stabilization mobilize, not sequence.
In cardiac emergencies, the Emergency Department of our hospital adheres to the Doors to Drug protocol of STEMI: ECG should be taken within 10 minutes of arrival, thrombolytics should be given within 30 minutes (where applicable), and the patient should be admitted to our ICU with comprehensive cardiac monitoring.

Why Jaipur Vatika Hospital Is First Choice for Emergencies
For commuters and families along the Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway, time to hospital is a matter of life and death. Earlier, Bagru, Thikariya, Vatika Infotech City and Dudu often required a 30–40 minute drive to central Jaipur for emergency treatment. Jaipur Vatika Hospital bridges that gap completely.
When a call is made to +91-8209809753, our ALS ambulance with trained paramedics is dispatched within minutes. Treatment begins on route — airway support, IV access, cardiac monitoring and spinal immobilization — ensuring stabilization starts before hospital arrival.
